    Washington, DC – Today, Rep. Steve Russell (OK-5) was proud to vote for the Fiscal Year 2019 National Defense Authorization Act (H.R. 5515) as it passed the House by a margin of 351 to 66. The FY19 NDAA complies with the bipartisan budget agreement and supports a base budget of $639.1 billion, including significant increases for readiness recovery. Rep.
